Scavenger Hunt Sunday - April 10-16

Tough week, photography wise.  We're on our staycation, we have company, and several kids came to hang out just for fun. This week is the Thai New Year. It's also the most fun time of the year for the Thai people. Songkran Festival is the three-day water festival in which the whole country celebrates with water fights. It is so awesome! Here's a youtube video which explains this festival very well - traditionally and what it is now.

I took plenty of pictures during the festival but only one really fits the SHS items this week. I did try my best to use very recent archives.

1. Time (If only I had...)

If only I had the time (and money), I'll fly to visit my parents once a year. Thank God for Skype!

5. Isolation

My only non-archive photo this week. This boy is isolated from his family and friends and all the fun stuff that boys like to do for 3-4 weeks in the summer time to become a novice monk.
