Scavenger Hunt Sunday - October 2-8, 2011

I'm back!!! I haven't participated in SHS for FOUR MONTHS! The last time I posted I was living in Thailand. Lots of travel between then and now. We live a crazy but fun life as missionaries but we are so, so, so blessed! We have so much to be thankful for.

Here are my items today. I will also mention the cities they were taken in so you'll see how much traveling we did this week.

1. Landscape
Atlantic Ocean, Topsail Beach, NC. We got to play in the sand for just a few hours. We have a supporting church just 30 minutes from here. Those are my sons playing on the beach. (10/8)

2. Complimentary/Triadic Color
Kalamazoo, MI. Triadic colors of orange and green. (10/6)

3. Black and White
Grand Rapids, MI. (10/3)

4. Food
Richland, MI (10/5)

5. Blank Space
Somewhere in Ohio while traveling in the car. (10/6)

Linking up with Ashley for this post.

And an extra photo to share. This makes me smile a lot because it was a fun, fun day for our family at a pumpkin place. This shot was taken by our 10-yr old son of my husband and I. No cropping done at all so the composition is sooc. I processed it with Oh So Posh's "Love Couture."

Great to have you back again Darlene with the hunt and to see where you've been in the past week and see the kids growing up so fast. I love that first landscape shot at the beach.

That blank shot is so beautiful! Wow! God certainly gives us amazing things to photograph! The last shot is super too. You might have a young photographer on your hands!

Landscape really captures the water's motion, I can almost hear the wave's crashing on the beach. The blank shot is breathtaking!
