Scripture and A Snapshot - Isaiah 9:2

Seems like I am really drawn to the word "light" this Christmas. Maybe it's because this year's theme for our church's Christmas music presentation was "Everlasting Light." Or maybe it's because of the realization that we live and minister in a really "dark," Christ-less place. Or maybe it's because God has given us the burden to carry His light to our town. All of the above, I'm pretty sure. The picture is from our Christmas music service rehearsal of our church kids singing the song "Everlasting Light." The verse truly reflects our task here as missionaries - to carry the light to these people.
